Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Costa Marine PR. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

All orders are final once placed.
Orders cannot be canceled after submission, as products are processed and ordered immediately with our suppliers.

We strongly encourage customers to review product specifications and contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.


Returns 

We only accept returns for verified manufacturing defects.

  • Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report a manufacturing defect.

  • Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at info@costamarinepr.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the defect

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by Costa Marine PR and/or the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special order, custom, or personalized products

  • Products without a verified manufacturing defect

  • Items damaged due to installation error, misuse, normal wear, or incompatibility


Refunds

If a manufacturing defect claim is approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Policy Updates

Costa Marine PR reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
